My recent weekend getaway was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the restaurant served some of the most delicious Thai food I've ever tasted. Plus, the location was perfect - close to all the action but still peaceful and quiet. One of the best aspects was the pool, which was so refreshing and relaxing.

Although my overall experience was amazing, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. First, the pool water seemed a bit cloudy, which made it difficult to see clearly underwater.

I didn't like their policy of withholding my passport or alternatively wanting a ฿1000 returnable deposit on check-out, also the 3% charge for paying by credit card.Office closed for early check-out ie 6am. Access and Car parking only fair no turning circle therefore it's drive in and reverse out

The rooms very clean and well maintained,the staff polite.It was as much as I expected and value for money.Lot of privacy with no disturbance from the staff.Will definitely recommend.

The restriction on timing On the swimming pool ,swimming was allowed only in the morning between 8.30 to 10 A.M.Did not like the restriction on time for entry to the resort as 1.30AM,that in a place as Pattaya,with it's unrestricted nightlife.

This hotel is a hidden gem, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but still conveniently close enough to easily explore. The spacious and comfortable rooms have a cozy atmosphere and each come with their own balcony, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The basic amenities provided are more than sufficient, and the hotel's attention to detail ensures a comfortable stay. Additionally, the value for money here is exceptional, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area.

All in all, everything about this hotel was okay.

The staff at Bonkai Resort were great. Pa and Micky were very polite, and made sure we were completely happy with our stay there. Rooms were big, and there was a glitch on the wireless internet, but they took care of the issue immediately..

There were some roosters on the other side of our hotel, they were loud in the AM, but still able to sleep through them most mornings.

1.Location very hard to find,2.Don't drive car to there,not easy for parking.3.Breakfast very very simple no choice and you must listen the maid complain about she have to finish 10 people job by herself too.

I have stayed at this hotel twice already, and have already booked my third stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area not too far from the main attractions. The staff at the reception were very helpful and organized everything whenever I needed transport or an excursion. The rooms are of a good size and cleaned every day. The pool is clean and big enough for a good swim. The hotel also has a restaurant with a good menu.

I had a fantastic stay at bonkai wonderfull staff ,good gourmet food at the resturant ,this small resort is big value for money great service these people really try their best to satisfie all your needs
